if the scale says you weigh more after you eat is that permenant weight?
before i went to work i weighed myself and i was 114 lbs. i came home and ate dinner. i ate some veggies fried in pam (0 calorie spray) and a 100 calorie weight watchers wrap. thats healthy so why does the scale say 117 now? is it permenant weight?

it's best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast, and at the same time every day.
