How can I properly fry my fish in the Cool Daddy deep Fryer???
I don't know what is wrong. My fish would be nice and crispy on the outside but real mushy and half cooked inside. I would leave it sitting in there for about at least 20 minutes and the results are the same. This is very frustrating knowing that I have an electric stove that will burn my food real quick. I want to use this fryer to fry my whiting properly.

How big is the fish you are cooking. I have a daddy fryer and it only takes 10 minutes at the most to cook a fish.. You must have the temperature set and ready before you put the fish in or it won't cook right. Most fish temp should be 375. I cook a 2 oz piece of fish 3 minutes on each side in the fryer at 375 and it is perfect...
